If you're looking for a dog who's independent but still enjoys some quality time, Canelo could be your perfect match!He loves using his nose to hunt for smells and hidden treats in the yard. He’s easy to handle and happy to join you for a stroll. He knows “sit” and is ready to learn more and loves playing with toys. This is Canelo’s second run in the shelter, his most recent owners returned him because they were moving, through no fault of his own. Canelo would do well in a home that gives him the space to explore, sniff, and be his curious self—while also continuing to engage him with treats, training, and light play. He’s a well-balanced boy with so much potential.
