This compact, handsome Labrador and Pit Bull Terrier mix is about 4 years old, 37 pounds of lean enthusiasm, and ready to figure out this whole `having a home` thing with the right person by his side.The good news? Ford is friendly, treat-motivated, affectionate, and genuinely delighted by people. He walked right into the admin building, introduced himself to strangers like a charming if slightly chaotic ambassador, and sat beautifully for treats. Leash skills are a work in progress — but with a dog this eager to please, that's less a problem and more an opportunity.On a group walk with other dogs, Ford preferred a little personal space — not unfriendly, just selective with who his friends are. In the yard he ran, wagged, explored, and soaked up every pet he could get. This is a dog who knows how to have a good time and just needs someone to show him the ropes. Ford came in without a map.
