Benny may be small, but he packs a whole lot of personality into his 19-pound frame — and those long legs mean he’s always ready for action! He was previously surrendered for being an “escape artist,” likely due in part to having a low fence and spending too much time alone. He was surrendered a second time when his family had to move, proving once again that none of this was his fault.
