Hi there, I'm Ernie, an 8‑month‑old, 16‑pound Boston Terrier boy with a big heart and an even bigger desire to make my humans happy. I'm a sweet little guy who tries really hard to do the right thing, and I light up when someone tells me I'm a good boy. I've got plenty of energy and I love to play - toys, zoomies, doggy friends, you name it. But once I've had my morning fun, I'm perfectly content to curl up in my bed and quietly watch you work. I just like being close to my people. I'm a tiny bit timid at first, but once I feel safe, I'm all cuddles and tail wiggles. I get along great with other dogs, and I'm crate trained and leash trained. I'll sleep in my crate if you ask me to… but honestly, my favorite place in the world is under the covers, snuggled up next to you. I'm good with kids, I'm learning new things every day, and I really do live to please. I'd love a home with a family who will keep helping me learn and grow. A doggy friend to play with would be amazing, or an active family who likes walks and adventures. I'm good in the car, I adore toys, and I promise I'll be the sweetest little shadow you've ever had. If you're looking for a gentle, playful cuddle bug who just wants to love and be loved, I might be your boy. My adoption fee is $550.
