Hey Guys,
My name is Humphery. My motto in life is the 3 F's, family, friends and food. I'm also a young guy, puppy lite as my foster mom says. I've outgrown most of the puppy business. I kennel like a champ. I sleep peacefully through the night. My house training is almost 100%%. I only chew on allowed toys. What I'm still working on is patience when my food is being prepared.
Food. So, I'm a lover of food. It may be a direct effect of being left alone for a week before being found in an apartment. I'm still learning that meals come on a consistent basis. Even though this event happened I don't show any signs of resource guarding. I currently have been using methods like slow feeders or frozen bowls. I'm picking up some basic training which is going great because they say, "I'm food motivated".
Friends. I'd like to have a bigillion friends. No really, I'm serious. I don't care if it's online or IRL (in real life). I'm into all humans like those tall guys, the lady with long hair, or the little one with a runny nose. I like that short barky dog, the tall hairy dog, or even that ole dog. They can all be my friends. The felines are welcome as well. I'm excellent at going on walks, breweries, and even to the vet!
Family. I'm looking for a family of my very own. Maybe one that can help me find my bigillion friends. Someone to throw a frisbee for me, give me some ear and belly rubs, and of course prepare my yummy meals. I'd be a great candidate to be a therapy dog, cuz I love people!
