Tootsie Roll

Tootsie Roll is a 2.5-month-old puppy with a huge personality and endless playful energy. Confident, curious, and an absolute riot, he's looking for an active, experienced home that understands normal puppy behavior and is ready to help him learn good manners as he grows.

Like many young puppies, Tootsie Roll is very mouthy and can get a bit over-the-top when he's excited, so he'll need adopters who are comfortable setting clear boundaries and providing consistent structure and training. Because of this, we recommend a home without young children.

He has a bold, somewhat dominant play style and would do best with another playful dog who can help him burn energy and model appropriate play. He is not a good match for senior dogs or more laid-back canine companions. Tootsie Roll loves dog toys and chasing balls-he's still working on the "bring it back" part, but his enthusiasm more than makes up for it.

On the home-life side, Tootsie Roll is crate trained, does well in his kennel, settles quickly, and sleeps through the night. He's making excellent progress with potty training and does best with routine and supervision, quickly going once outside. He's food-motivated, already knows how to sit for food and treats, and will benefit greatly from continued training.

With the right guidance, Tootsie Roll will grow into a fun, engaging companion for an experienced home ready to help a young puppy become his very best self.
