Size: (Once fully grown) ~Medium range: 26-60 lbs
Adoption Donation: $250 (applicable sales tax included) PLUS a $100 deposit is required and is to be refunded once proof of spay/neuter is provided to this rescue. Our adoption contract requires all dogs to be spayed/neutered within ONE Month of adoption or when age-appropriate. Adoption fees may be paid by cash or check.
Other:  Intact Male, Vaccinations current, Microchip

Puppies generally need the following veterinary care after their adoption:
8 Weeks: Distemper/Parvo & Bordetella Vaccinations. 4 Luv of Dog Rescue completes these vaccinations before adoption.
12 Weeks: Distemper/Parvo Vaccination completed at the veterinarian of adopter's choice.
16 Weeks: Distemper/Parvo & Rabies Vaccinations completed at the veterinarian of adopter's choice.
6 Months: Spay/Neuter surgery. **
Yearly thereafter: All dogs need yearly wellness exams performed by a veterinarian as well as booster vaccinations.
**Spay/Neuter surgeries cost between $200-$400 for a neuter surgery and $400-$600 for a spay surgery in the FM Area. Wellness visits can run from $75 to $150 for each visit. If you are thinking of adopting a puppy, it's a good idea to research these costs before adopting by calling the veterinarian of your choice.

2/6/26 Foster Feedback: Trinket is a sweet, young pit mix puppy with a joyful and inquisitive nature. Puppies at this stage love to play, explore, and then crash for a nap right at your feet. Not housebroken yet, Trinket will need an adopter prepared for the time and effort that comes with puppy training. In return, this little one offers lots of affection and the chance to build a lifelong bond from the start.
