Meet Chevelle! ????Chevelle came to us as a stray after she was found along a busy interstate. Her finder kept her safe until we opened, and quickly fell in love with her sweet personality. She even said she would have kept Chevelle herself if not for housing restrictions â thatâs how wonderful this girl is. ??Chevelle was microchipped, but unfortunately the registered owner never responded to our emails, and the phone number on file wasnât valid. So now, this super sweet, friendly girl is officially searching for a new forever family â one who will keep her safe and never let her return to life as a stray again.Her finder shared some wonderful notes about her time in their home:⢠She got along great with their puppy⢠She did very well in a crate⢠Only had a couple of accidentsSuch a good girl! ??We also introduced her to another canine friend here at the shelter. Chevelle allowed polite sniffs, had a slight hackle raise at first, but stayed very calm and kept her tail wagging the whole time.
