Her finder kept her safe until Animal Control arrived, and now Piper is ready to find a home that matches her spunky, confident spirit.When meeting other dogs at the shelter, she wasted no time letting everyone know she’s in charge. Because of her strong personality, we recommend meet-and-greets with potential dog siblings, or she would absolutely thrive as the only dog in the home.We often have adopters ask if we have smaller dogs available, and while she isn’t tiny, Piper definitely fits the “smaller dog” description at only 23.9 pounds.
