I am Looking For: My loving forever family! Hi! I'm Shelly, and I am a gorgeous cat! I won't ask for much- just some love, cuddles and lots of toys so I can run and play and be myself.
What My Foster Says About Me:
Shelly is a one-year-old dilute calico with a gentle personality. She can be a little shy when meeting new people, but if you move slowly and give her time to settle in, she becomes very affectionate. Once she feels comfortable she purrs, rubs against you, and will often roll over to show her belly. She tolerates being held and enjoys calm attention.
Shelly loves the company of other cats. She often follows my cats around, rubs against them, and cuddles up with them to nap. She has also been very good with my dog and is tolerant of my dog's puppy shenanigans, usually responding with curiosity rather than fear or frustration.
She can get startled by sudden noises or fast movements, so she would likely do best in a calm home where she can adjust at her own pace. Shelly has excellent litter box manners and has been a very polite house guest. She is also playful and enjoys attacking her scratchers and having short bursts of energy.
Shelly is a sweet and gentle cat who enjoys quiet affection, feline companionship, and time to play once she feels comfortable in her environment.
