Best Guess for Age: 6 months as iof January 2026 SEX: Female

Approximate Weight: 30 lbs as of 1/15/26; she is still growing!

Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen her with kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters! She has been gentle with the cats in foster care.
Currently Living at: DC area foster home

April is Looking For: Her forever home! April and her sister February have enjoyed growing up together but now they're ready to split up and get their own families. This pretty girl has all that awesome young-dog energy to burn and she's eager to get her own humans for that. Long sniffy walks, romps in parks, all the adventures they can dream up - yes, please! Making pup pals along the way is on her wish list as well, along with quality kibble and a cushy dog bed. And at the end of a fun day together - cuddles.
But most of all she wants to know where she belongs, to be safe and loved. In exchange, she promises adoring gazes and loyal companionship for all her days. What do you say? Is February the companion you have been seeking?
