LILLY ANN NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!!
Name: Lilly Ann Best Guess for Breed: Lab and hound mix
Best Guess for Age: 2 years as of March 2026 SEX: Female
Approximate Weight: 40 lbs
Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!
Currently Living at: South Carolina foster; needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here!
Special adoption considerations: In certain home settings -- where the environment might be loud or more intense -- this dog would do better with another dog in the home to give her confidence.
Lilly Ann is Looking For: Her forever home! This young pup wants to see the world and is eagerly looking forward to having her own humans for sniffy walks and all the adventures they can dream up - and to make pup pals along the way. And dog school so she can show how super smart she is. And then pets and cuddles and belly scratches at the end of a fun day together. And she'll want quality kibble and a cushy dog bed. Most of all, though, she wants to know she's safe and loved. In exchange she promises all the adoring gazes and happy tail wags she's storing up, and loyal companionship for all her days. What do you say? Is Lilly Ann the one you see by your side? What My Foster Says About Me: Lilly Ann has been a very loving, polite little foster. She is doing well with crate training and will go in the crate on her own when she sees me grab a few treats that I toss in for her. She would be very content to sit with you or on your lap for as long as possible. She is making progress with potty training. She is gentle and loves to give hugs and snuggle with you. she really enjoys being outside and is content to wander around the yard, hang out with dog friends or just lie in the sun. She is making progress with leash walking. She very treat motivated, smart, and eager to please.
Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
