Best Guess for Age: 9 months as of March 2026 SEX: Female

Approximate Weight: 25 lbs as of 2/15/26; she is still growing.

Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!
Currently Living at: DC area foster home

Ariel is Looking For: Her forever home! This sweetie and her sister Annabelle have enjoyed growing up together but now they're ready to split up and get their own homes. This young pup wants to see the world and is eagerly looking forward to having her own humans for sniffy walks and all the adventures they can dream up - and to make pup pals along the way. And dog school so she can show how super smart she is. And then pets and cuddles and belly scritches at the end of a fun day together. And she'll want quality kibble and a cushy dog bed. Most of all, though, she wants to know she's safe and loved. In exchange she promises all the adoring gazes and happy tail wags she's storing up, and loyal companionship for all her days. What do you say? Is Ariel the one you see by your side?What My Foster Says About Me: Ariel is a happy, sweet girl. She did great playing and cuddling with my other dog, but mostly, she truly just wants love and cuddles. She has the sweetest full body wiggles when she sees someone she knows and loves to give kisses. She is the happiest girl who will bring so much joy and love to her forever family
