Approximate Weight: 38 lbs as of March 2026 - is still growing!

Gets Along With: Other dogs! Poppy has also spent some time with cats, though she likes to chase them and tries to be their friend. She would do best with dog savvy cats. We haven't seen her with kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!

Poppy is Looking For: Hi! I'm Poppy My brother Leo and I have had a great time growing up together but now we're ready to split up and get our own human families. I'm a young pup, at the tail end of puppyhood, and I've got all that young-dog energy to burn. Romps in parks and adventures such as hikes in the mountains sound amazing to me. I'd like to make pup pals too! And to go to dog school, so I can show how super smart I am. And then cuddles - lots of snuggles - after fun days together. But you know what I want most of all? To know I'm safe and loved, where I belong. In exchange I promise so much love and loyal companionship for all my days. What do you say? Do I get to go home with you?What My Foster Says About Me:
Poppy is a sweet and energetic puppy! She loves to go on walks and explore and play with other pups. At home, she plays with her toys and chews and loves to cuddle on the couch for a movie. Shes very smart and eager to learn new tricks. She will be a great addition to any family!
Foster Update 3/1: "Poppy is such a wonderful and goofy puppy! She loves all people and other dogs. She's doing great with potty training and we are working on crate training too!"
