Best Guess for Age: 7 months as of March 2026 SEX: Female

Approximate Weight: 33 lbs as of 3/1/26; she might have a bit more to grow.

Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen her with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!

Special Adoption Considerations: Because Fanta is shy, she needs to go to a home with a confident, welcoming resident dog who will show her the ropes.
Fanta is Looking For: Hi, I'm Fanta! My siblings, Faygo & Frita, have enjoyed our time together but we are ready to head out on our own adventure to find our forever home! I've been dreaming of my perfect forever family. I'm looking for a home with toys to chew, treats to snack on, cozy spots for naps, and humans who love puppy kisses and don't mind a little learning along the way. I'd also love a home where I can make doggy friends and enjoy playtime with other pups. I promise plenty of tail wags, zoomies, and cuddles. What do you say, could you be my forever family?
What My Foster Says About Me: Fanta continues to settle in beautifully. Her confidence is really shining-she loves getting out for walks, exploring, and meeting new people, and she's been doing wonderfully with both solo adventures and outings with our resident dog. She recently had a chance to romp around with other dogs and clearly had the best time. At home, she's relaxed, affectionate, and full of playful puppy energy. She enjoys her toys, is very treat-motivated (which is great for training!), and is making progress with crate training-she's even choosing to go in on her own sometimes. She's sleeping through the night, which is amazing, and mornings usually include some snuggles (and the sweetest little puppy snores). One of our favorite things right now is watching her discover her reflection-she still hasn't quite figured out that the "other dog" in the mirror is her, and her tiny growls at it are absolutely adorable. House training is coming along well, especially now that she's feeling better, and overall we're just so impressed with how quickly she's adjusted. She's been such a fun, loving addition to our home!
Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
