STRAWBERRY

WATCH MY VIDEO...What could have been a tragic ending, has thankfully turned out for the best. Sweet Strawberry was found in the Everglades, dumped with her 7 puppies! If not found, the end of the story would have been tragic, but let's focus on the bright side. She was saved, her puppies were saved, and while in a foster home, her foster family was able to see how wonderful this loving dog is. We were told that she is definitely housetrained. Although she can be crated, her foster family said she did well without going into her crate. She's super playful, but needs hard toys because she makes it her goal to open up any plushie that she's given. She loves it but it's messy. If she's doing something that she's not supposed to be doing, she understands being told NO, and she stops. She needs activity and exercise to make her happy. She loves her human people and always wants to be with them. She's smart, affectionate, and we're so grateful that we're able to give her a second chance at a happy life. Her puppies have all found homes, now it is Strawberry's turn. She is good with other dogs, but a meet and greet is recommended. It is unknown how she is with cats. Thanks to Dolly's Dream, they have kindly paid her adoption fee and she gets to go home with goodies to help her settle in.
