WATCH MY VIDEO...Hi… I’m Simba,Today was one of the best days I’ve had in a long time.I’m a 5-year-old Staffy mix, and I came to the shelter with my brother when our landlord said we had to go. I didn’t understand why everything changed so suddenly… I just knew I lost the home and people I loved.Today, my mommy for the day reminded me what hope feels like again. She took me to a Sniffspot, and there was a pool. I stood at the edge, unsure at first, then I walked down the steps… and jumped right in. I swam and swam, happy-crying the whole time. For a little while, I forgot I was a shelter dog. ??They say “remember who you are,” and I’m remembering — I’m a good boy who loves deeply and just wants a place to belong.I’m gentle, grateful, and full of love. I’m great with kids, other dogs, and even cats. I walk calmly on a leash, ride quietly in the car, and take treats with the softest touch. I give the best kisses and will stay by your side through everything.I don’t understand why I keep getting overlooked at the Humane Society of Broward County.
