Meet Orca! Say hello to Orca, a 10-month-old Pitbull mix with the cutest ears ever! She was found as a stray on 1/16/26, and since then she’s been coming out of her shell a little more every day — learning what it feels like to be safe, loved, and part of a family. Orca is a little fearful at first, but she adapts quickly to people who approach her with patience and kindness. She would thrive in a home with respectful kids (if any) and a family that understands she’s a puppy from a shelter — meaning she’ll need time, gentle guidance, and a patient home where she can decompress and get plenty of mental and physical enrichment.She’s playful and loves dog friends! When staff introduced Orca to Tuna, she was so excited she jumped straight into play. Orca would do best with another dog who can match her energy and play style, helping her burn off puppy energy in a positive way.Orca was a little nervous when she saw cats, sniffing the air but keeping her distance. With proper introductions, she could likely live with feline friends too.This sweet, wiggly puppy is looking for a home that can give her time, love, and structure to grow into the confident, joyful dog she’s meant to be.
