In those early days, even something as simple as a ball outside felt overwhelming to her.She is a sensitive Cattle Dog type who takes her time to trust, and she will need a calm, low-traffic home with someone experienced in helping nervous dogs feel safe at their own pace.Millie previously lived with an autistic child and was very protective and loyal to them, showing her deep capacity to bond once she feels secure.Since beginning to decompress, her personality has slowly started to peek through. When sheâs comfortable, Millie enjoys zooming around the yard with happy bursts of energy. Sheâs also shown interest in other dogs, sometimes initiating playful behavior along the fence lineâthough face-to-face interactions will need slow, thoughtful introductions.Millie is: * Potty trained* Walks fairly well on leash* Best suited for a calm, patient home* Dog-selective and needs slow introductionsUnderneath her fear is a dog who wants to connectâshe just needs time, safety, and someone willing to let her unfold at her own pace
