Meet Orb. Orb is a laid-back, 4-5-year-old boy with an irresistibly unique look. He appears to be a mix of Bobtail and Domestic Short Hair, possibly with a dash of Scottish Fold sprinkled in??
This gentle guy is looking for a quiet, relaxed home where he can feel safe and comfortable. Orb would do best without dogs or young children, as too much activity can be overwhelming for him. He's not a fan of being picked up, but don't let that fool you, Orb loves being close to his people and is happiest when he's curled up nearby, enjoying all the snuggles and companionship. If your idea of the perfect day includes peace, affection, and a loyal feline friend by your side, Orb is your match.

Paws and Prayers cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litter box trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them, and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible. Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only.

Resident pets of all applicants must have had routine veterinary care, be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines per the recommendations of your vet, current on heartworm tests and prevention (dogs only). We will verify these records; giving your veterinarian permission to speak with us will help expedite the processing of your application. Should your pet have a medical issue that may prohibit any of these, please note that on your application and we will also verify this with your veterinarian.
