Coby is a sweet, shy, curly cutie, who just had a birthday Dec 1, making him officially 4 years old! He's approximately 16 pounds (although he's working on losing a couple of those)! He's a mix of poodle and shnauzer.
His former owners sadly had to give him up so he's felt their loss but is getting more comfortable in his foster home every day. He hasn't showed much interest in toys, but likes to pal around with his fellow furry foster friends, even starting to play a little and he loves neighborhood walks. When it's time to relax, he's all about the couch snuggles.
Coby has very good housemanners, including going potty outside, he walks well on a leash and rides nicely in the car. He has zero interest in 'marking'. While he doesn't mind a crate, he's such a good boy, he really doesn't need it and would prefer to hang with his humans as much as possible, including when it's bed time.
All-in-all Coby is a very chill little pup, he'll leave those shenanigans to the other furballs while he focuses on being the best boy. He hasn't been cat tested but based on his laid back demeanor, we don't anticipate any issues.
Coby does not shed but requires professional grooming every 6-8 weeks. If you have a groomer referral, please include it with your application. Kobe's ideal pet parent would be gentle, kind and patient enough to continuing coaxing him out of his shell. Because of his young age, he is not a match for older seniors.
