At 4 years young, this stunning black beauty with her delicate white accents is more than ready for a home of her own. Lucinda has so much love to give, she just needs someone who will cherish her for the wonderful girl she is.
She's been in a foster home with children and does well with respectful, school-aged kids who understand how to give her space when she needs it. Lucinda prefers to be the only pet in the home, where she can soak up all the attention (and honestly, she deserves it!).

Paws and Prayers cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litter box trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them, and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible. Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only.

Resident pets of all applicants must have had routine veterinary care, be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines per the recommendations of your vet, current on heartworm tests and prevention (dogs only). We will verify these records; giving your veterinarian permission to speak with us will help expedite the processing of your application. Should your pet have a medical issue that may prohibit any of these, please note that on your application and we will also verify this with your veterinarian.
