Meet Kitten Chowder.
Chowder is a 6-8-month-old youngster who may be a little shy at first, but give him a little time and his sweet personality really comes out. He gets along well with other cats and loves playing with toys-basically anything that rolls, jingles, or dangles is fair game.
Because he can be a bit of a sensitive guy, Chowder would do best in a calm home without young kids or dogs. With a little patience, you'll see that this shy boy is full of sweetness and playful charm.

Paws and Prayers cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litter box trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them, and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible. Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only.

Resident pets of all applicants must have had routine veterinary care, be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines per the recommendations of your vet, current on heartworm tests and prevention (dogs only). We will verify these records; giving your veterinarian permission to speak with us will help expedite the processing of your application. Should your pet have a medical issue that may prohibit any of these, please note that on your application and we will also verify this with your veterinarian.
