Kitten Parsnip

Introducing Kitten Parsnip. At 8-10 weeks young, he is like a little parsnip peeking up from the garden soil, he may seem a bit shy at first, but give him a minute and his sweet, curious personality pops right up. He loves to "root" around and check things out, and toys are his absolute favorite treasure to discover.
This gentle boy is wonderful with other cats and full of charm. When it comes to dogs, he's still figuring out how he feels, so slow introductions would be best. He's ready to put down roots in a forever home of his own.

Paws and Prayers cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litter box trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them, and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible. Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only.

Resident pets of all applicants must have had routine veterinary care, be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines per the recommendations of your vet, current on heartworm tests and prevention (dogs only). We will verify these records; giving your veterinarian permission to speak with us will help expedite the processing of your application. Should your pet have a medical issue that may prohibit any of these, please note that on your application and we will also verify this with your veterinarian.
