Sweet Ruby has the spirit of a lion! She is one of large litter of corgi mix puppies born in late October 2025. At just a couple of months old she weighs just 6lbs. While we can't be sure of her adult size, we expect Ruby to stay on the smaller side, likely under 30 lbs.
Ruby's curiosity leads her on grand adventures..especially when it comes to investigating places that are supposedly off limits! (Fortunately, she's so charming, her foster parents settle for a kiss instead of a scold and send her on her way). She has already mastered climbing the large couch without any human assistance. An athletic feat she proudly shows off to her brother who has yet to master this skill!
Ruby is fostered by a very active family and is extremely social. She wants to be with someone, or beside someone, as much as possible. Except for when it's bedtime or naptime...Once the lights are out she sleeps so soundly she wouldn't hear a dump truck driving thru a nitroglycerin plant!
Ruby and her brother Ace are using washable puppy pads in their foster home and also getting outdoor time to give them a head start on housebreaking. Adopters should be prepared for the time and patience required to train a puppy this young. Due to her age, Ruby is not a match for older seniors.
This tiny but fearless girl has been great with other dogs (up to 50lbs in her foster home) and is very well behaved around her resident feline friends as well. Ruby will bring joy to any home and truly deserves to be the star!
Adoption Fee: $400. This includes spay or neuter, microchip, all age appropriate vaccines and prevention. Apply at
