Meet Adela. With her stunning crystal-blue eyes and beautiful Siamese/Torti mix coloring, Adela is every bit the royal she believes herself to be. Around 4-5 years old, this lovely lady has a calm, easygoing personality and carries herself with quiet confidence.
Adela enjoys gentle pets, cozy naps, and being admired. She could share her castle with another respectful feline friend, but she'd be just as happy reigning solo. Dogs and young children aren't her style; she prefers a peaceful, laid-back home where she can truly relax.

Paws and Prayers cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litter box trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them, and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible. Please read the entire bio before emailing the foster with questions. Meet and greets are not arranged unless an adoption application is filled out and approved and are by appointment only.



Resident pets of all applicants must have had routine veterinary care, be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines per the recommendations of your vet, current on heartworm tests and prevention (dogs only). We will verify these records; giving your veterinarian permission to speak with us will help expedite the processing of your application. Should your pet have a medical issue that may prohibit any of these, please note that on your application and we will also verify this with your veterinarian.
