Zumi

Zumi is a sweet 2-year-old Chihuahua mix who weighs 11.4 pounds. He loves being close to his people and happily snuggles with his humans at bedtime. His favorite things include playing with toys and other dogs, zooming around the yard or house, chewing on a good bone, and curling up in a cozy lap.

Zumi does great with young children, including a 1-year-old in his foster home. Although Zumi can be a bit nervous at first, he warms up quickly-usually within minutes-and becomes playful and affectionate. He's also dog-friendly and was very easy to introduce to other dogs. He's house- and crate-trained, although he may whine briefly in his crate before settling in.

This gentle, loving pup has a big personality once he's comfortable. Zumi enjoys rolling onto his back for wiggle time, sprinting around with toys, giving kisses, and acting as your loyal shadow. Sweet, cuddly, and people-oriented, he's ready to be someone's devoted companion.

His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.

He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
