Vecna is a 2-year-old Maltese mix weighing in at 14 pounds, and he is serving personality with a side of pop star flair. Currently rocking a haircut that would make early-2010s Justin Bieber nod in approval, this little guy definitely has presence.

His minimum adoption fee is $400 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents.
