Black Jack (A141158) is a 4-year-old ‘possibly’ Chow Chow Mix who weighed 73.9 pounds on intake! 02/11/26 This big handsome boy is Black Jack! Black Jack was surrendered to the shelter due to no fault of his own with his canine buddy Yeager. These boys were described as friendly pups who have historically done well with people of all ages, including babies and children. They were also stated to get along with other dogs but have no known history with cats, pocket pets, or livestock. Please ensure you are making slow, safe, and controlled introductions with potential friends. These boys were said to be kennel-trained, ride well in a vehicle, and stand by the door when they need to go potty. They know the basic command of sit, but might still enjoy taking a few basic obedience classes with their new owners to sharpen up their skills. They are sweet boys looking for their new families to love! We are not requiring that they be adopted together, but if you are looking for an already established pair, please let us know!
