Howie is a sweet tabby and white boy born around June of 2022. He showed up as a stray at a woman's home, coming right on inside with her cats.
He's been around both cats and dogs. He loves to play and he likes to cuddle. He's very shy around new people, but it takes less than a day for him to warm up in a new place and make friends. He loves to be petted and likes laying in a lap making biscuits. He adores his doggie housemate, rolling in her bed and laying next to her when he gets a chance. He's recently decided that he loves to be picked up and held.

He is neutered, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, is up to date on his rabies vaccination, and was treated for fleas and worms.
