His nonchalance quickly evaporates around mealtimes, and he will gladly cuddle with a warm blanket and a good book. Mr. Darcy requires a large space for brooding and a single-pet household because he would love to be the center of all your attention.
He's a vocal kitty, communicating his thoughts and feelings openly. His delightful personality makes him a joy to be around. He is not super playful but will bat the occasional toy mice around when the mood strikes him. He loves to get daily pets from his humans and enjoys snuggling up at night with them in bed. Black cats are often overlooked at the shelter, but they have proven to have the absolute best personalities, and Darcy certainly does. He is a fabulous boy.
