Marlowe came into rescue as a stray along with her kittens and did what mothers do: gave them everything she had. When her body finally said enough, she let them go a little early. Once the kittens were weaned, Marlowe bounced back fast.

She has her own quiet personality. Gentle, sweet, and easy to be around. She likes being petted and will happily soak up your attention, then wander off to her favorite window spot to watch the birds. Not clingy. Just good company.

She's got a playful side, too. Wand toys, a catnip banana she takes very seriously, and the ability to nap like it's her full-time job.

Marlowe gets along well with other cats. She's been around the foster family's laid-back dog on occasion and wasn't fazed or interested in engaging.
