Arphie is also significantly underweight, and will need helpgradually putting on about 15 lbs. She is looking for a long-term foster or rescue partner whocan provide her with the consistent care and quiet environment she needs to heal physically andemotionally. She would do best in a home with a predictable routine and perhaps a confidentdog sibling to show her the ropes. She is not quite leash trained, but each day she gets betterand better.
