Gentle Girl KariA gentle old soul with the sweetest little head tilt (like she's taking in every word you're saying) and a heart full of love.Kari is the kind of dog who doesn't ask for much. A soft place in the shade, a kind hand offering ear scratches, and someone willing to sit quietly beside her are enough to make her happy. And if you happen to scratch her ears just right, she'll happily "tell" you how much she loves it with her adorable little vocal grumbles.This pretty girl has some old girl issues that cause her signature head tilt and can make her a little unsteady at times, but she still enjoys getting out for easy walks, sniffing around, and spending time with people. She also has a playful side and enjoyed carrying around a toy and accepting treats from her new friends.Shelter life can be especially hard for dogs like Kari. She deserves a calm, patient home where she can feel safe, comfortable, and loved for exactly who she is. Beneath her old-girl quirks is an incredibly sweet, easygoing companion.Kari may move a little slower and need a little extra understanding, but she has so much quiet love left to give. Kari has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in her new home. She's also sharing her shelter suite with a friend she met at the shelter.
