Louie is a sweet boy who can come off a little over excited when someone comes to his kennel, but it's just because he loves people. He gets a little eager to be leashed up, but with a little patience and calm energy, he quickly settles in and is ready to go. Louie walks easy on his leash and is excited to explore. He has puppy energy, but also has the signs of being an incredible activity partner. He does bark from time to time at other dogs, but he also has a wagging tail and is more saying `HI FRIEND!` than anything else. He likes to play and run around the yards of the shelter, but also wants to check in with his people of a kiss or two. He will also take a minute to stop and sit on the ground with you, just to watch the world go by - and make sure he doesn't miss anything. Louie has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home. Looking for a buddy for your dog?
