Meet Lily! Lily is an adorable little lady looking for her forever home. She is wonderful company to have in a home & happy to cuddle up to her person or just hang out in the on her bed/designated spot on the couch. With her expressive eyes and cute little ears, she wins everyone over that she meets. She enjoys sniffy walks, playing fetch, and squeaky toys. She is food motivated and knows commands including sit, down, stay, & come. She seems to understand “out of the kitchen” and ALWAYS is excited to go for a walk and shows her excitement when you say the word. She is VERY house trained/crate trained and never has accidents. She is able to hang out for 8+ hours without needing the potty. Lily would thrive in a home with a yard where she can boost her confidence and run around freely without being startled by unexpected friends. She is friendly to most new guests in the home, although she may need a brief introduction to get familiar. After some sniffs and a treat, she is ready to be best friends with anyone new! While Lily is making progress with passing other dogs on her walks, she may be easily startled by unexpected situations. She would do best in a controlled environment with someone patient, ready to show her that the world doesn’t always have to be a scary place. Lily has been waiting for a loving home for too long.
