Lulu is a super sweet senior looking for a comfortable place with a human to love! MHMeet Lulu, a 7 year old female spayed chihuahua mix. Surrendered to shelter on 1/27/26Medical info:- already spayed on intake- she was treated on intake for a ruptured anal gland abscess with clindamycin - since resolved- she had mild crusting on her ear tip suggestive of mild cutaneous vasculitis - since resolved on apoquel- she is obese- she had severe dental disease on intake - medical team removed teeth severely affected by periodontal disease and scaled remaining teeth on 2/3/26Behavior info:- fearful in shelter, FAS level 3 documented - hides under kuranda med- for medical exam had crouched body posture, frozen/still body language and whale eye. Used muzzle out of precaution d/t body language. After exam removed muzzle and she readily accepted treats, leaned in for pets and sought examiners hand after pets stopped.Does have bite history - individual was attempting to place dog in crate when Lulu began running around the house, and individual attmepted to pick her up and Lulu turned around and bit individual on L index finger causing small puncture. Released from bite quarantine on 2/3/26
