Koa's Doggie Day Out 5/13/26: Koa is Shy at first, affectionate once she warms up, likes to be petted, didn’t mind being picked up to be placed inside the car. Koa loves to chew on her toys and also likes to take naps. She was not comfortable being inside the house and mainly wanted to be outside in the backyard. She was almost a little scared to enter through any door she came close to. Koa and I went for a 1.5 mile walk around McKinley park where the caught the eye of a group of ladies who were enjoying the rose garden. Koa immediately wanted to say hello to the group of ladies and loved the attention. I had to redirect her attention with treats when the group of women walked away. She still does not jog well next to you and mainly wants to look at all her surroundings. We went home where she played with her toys and run around the backyard. She doesn’t like to fetch and mainly likes to chew the toys and run around. She took a couple of naps, one nap was next to her ducky toy.
