Meet Margorie Margorie recently enjoyed a Doggie Day Out and showed just how easy and wonderful she is to have around. Friendly, affectionate, and perfectly content doing her own thing, Margorie is a true lounger who loves gentle pets, quiet companionship, and relaxing by your side.During her outing, Margorie was excellent in the home, she didnât bother with anything that wasnât hers and appears to be potty-trained. She settled in beautifully, relaxed on her own, and showed great house manners, including not begging for food. She enjoys being held and handled and is comfortable having her face, ears, and paws touched.Margorie walked nicely on leash, showing confident but manageable enthusiasm, and handled distractions like barking dogs, bicycles, and sirens without issue. She wasnât reactive and took everything in stride. She also impressed by being unfazed by the vacuum, bonus points! She joined her handler for a 1.5-mile walk along the Pocket Greenbelt, rode calmly in the car, ignored trash along the way, and politely used the grass for bathroom breaks. Back at home, Margorie happily practiced some training and quickly showed she knows how to sit on command, especially when treats or pets are involved. Afterward, she was more than ready for a cozy nap and lots of floor snuggles.Margorie is a sweet, well-mannered, low-key companion who would thrive in a calm home where she can enjoy walks, affection, and plenty of time to relax.
