Cooper came in from foster care with his brother, Bowie. Shelter life is very overwhelming for the both of them, and they are very skittish with everyone and everything, but they are doing much better than when they were first brought in! Cooper is the more nervous one of the two, and he will need a lot more time and patience to feel comfortable, but we believe he will be a wonderful kitty if someone is willing to put in the time to help him out of his shell!
