Physical Description
Pixel is a gorgeous, silky soft all black kitten with some patches of gray on her chest. She has bright golden eyes that match her pure gold heart.
Personality
Pixel is an absolute delight. The sole survivor of a litter of 9, Pixel is as resilient as she is beautiful. Raised in foster care since birth, Pixel loves people. This girl knows how to appreciate a cozy bed. She loves to be on her back, rolling around for belly rubs and finding spots of sunlight in her foster room. Pixel gets along swimmingly with her foster siblings and with the resident adult cats and dogs in her foster home. She prefers her own private plate for her wet food but with proper introductions and kitten savvy pets/children, she would adjust well to any home.
Due to the limited number of spay/neuter surgeries this time of year, Pixel is currently awaiting her spay spot and will be available for pre-adoption. She will be able to go to a new home the first week of May.

It can take up to 3-5 business days to hear back once you have submitted an application.
The Yolo County SPCA is a private, not-for-profit, foster home-based animal rescue organization and does not have a shelter. All our animals awaiting adoption are in foster homes. For more information about this animal, please email

All of our felines have been altered prior to adoption. Kittens have been given their first shots of FVRCP, adults are up-to-date on vaccinations, and all cats have been Feline Leukemia tested (negative) and micro chipped. The fee to adopt is $150 for one kitten or $100 for adults over 1 year (the fee helps cover these costs and the cost of the microchip registration). A reduced fee is available for adopting a second cat or kitten
