Carla is the definition of a glow-up success story. After spending months surviving on the streets, she learned to trust people slowly and now she absolutely adores human affection. She's a total lovebug who greets you with the loudest purrs, happily leans in for head scratches, and melts into any cozy blanket you give her.She makes A+ biscuits, has a motor-boat purr, and loves knowing she finally has a soft bed to nap on. She's truly grateful to be indoors and shows it every single day with her sweet, affectionate nature.Carla is ready for a family who will give her the safe, loving forever home she always deserved. She'll reward you with endless purrs, trust, and companionship.

Apply to adopt here! Online cat application form Applications are also available on the website (www.yolospca.org)
It can take up to 3-5 business days to hear back once you have submitted an application.
The Yolo County SPCA is a private, not-for-profit, foster home-based animal rescue organization and does not have a shelter. All our animals awaiting adoption are in foster homes. For more information about this animal, please email
[email protected]. For more general questions, please see our website at www.yolospca.org.
All of our felines have been altered prior to adoption. Kittens have been given their first shots of FVRCP, adults are up-to-date on vaccinations, and all cats have been Feline Leukemia tested (negative) and micro chipped. The fee to adopt is $135 for kittens or $80 for adults over 1 year (the fee helps cover these costs and the cost of the microchip registration). A reduced fee is available for adopting a second cat or kitten
