What kind of home would be best for me? Coco would do well in almost any home environment, as long as she's given patience, kindness, and understanding. This will be her very first chance at life as a true pet, so she has a lot to learn when it comes to training and household manners. The good news - Coco is sweet, determined, and eager to figure it all out with someone willing to guide her.
Coco is not much of a playmate, but she excels as a cuddle buddy. She would be perfectly happy as an only dog soaking up all the affection, or as a calm companion to another dog in the home. She enjoys company but doesn't need constant play to be fulfilled - your lap will do just fine.
What is my personality like? Coco is looking for a lap to sit in all day long - and she truly isn't picky about whose it is. Yours, your kids', the boss's, or even the neighbor's - Coco doesn't mind. She simply wants love, affection, and a warm place to cuddle up. This sweet girl has an endless supply of devotion and is happiest when she's close to her people.
Coco will also need help learning how to walk politely on a leash, but with consistency and gentle training, she'll make steady progress. In return for your patience, Coco will give you unwavering love, endless snuggles, and the kind of companionship that makes every day a little sweeter.
How do I act when I first meet new people? Coco can be a bit timid during her first introduction. Once she realizes you have a soft lap, she is all in!
Other tips and tidbits: Coco's birthday is 07/09/2019
House trained? Dogs can be house trained if they are in the right environment and are allowed to follow a schedule as long as a physical reason doesn't keep them from being trained. A dog house trained in my home may not be in yours. We will help you teach your new dog this necessary skill and based on your schedule.
