What kind of home would be best for me? Having never lived as a household pet, everything about home life will be new to Red. While she is naturally confident, she will need patience, guidance, and time to learn routines, house manners, and expectations. Red will require all basic training and a family willing to help her grow into her role as a loved and cherished companion.
Red is comfortable stepping slightly outside of her comfort zone and, with time to warm up, would do just fine as an only dog. She has a calm, easygoing nature, but because she has spent her life around other dogs, continued socialization and regular doggy playdates will be important for her happiness and confidence.
