Chelsea is a 6 month old female Pyrenees mix, who is very shy and very VERY sweet! She is a gentle soul that makes you instantly want to give her all the love and security that you can. This precious girl clearly wants to connect with people, and a few gentle words and soft treats help her come out of her shell. With a little patience, her oh-so-lovable and tender personality begins to shine - it's truly rewarding to earn her trust. Chelsea is the kind of pup who will absolutely thrive in a home filled with kindness and love. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
