Neo enjoys going on walks and brings his charming, friendly energy wherever he goes. He happily greets both people and other dogs with a cute tail wag and hopeful grin. He is a true heart-stealer! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
