Isla is a 1 year old female Husky mix who is strikingly beautiful! With one stunning electric blue eye and one rich chocolate brown, this gorgeous pup is truly unforgettable - but it's her gentle heart that will win you over. Isla can be a little shy at first, but after a short time, her sweet and affectionate side begins to shine, and you'll see just how special she really is. Isla is social with other dogs, and has an absolute blast running and playing along the fence with her canine friends. She also walks nicely on a leash, making her a wonderful companion for peaceful strolls or a bit of outdoor fun. After a good run, Isla is happiest finding a shady spot - often tucked under a bench - where she can relax and quietly enjoy being near her people. This lovely girl is just waiting for someone to give her a chance. With a little patience and a lot of love, she will blossom into a loyal companion who will always stay close to your heart. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
