Rain

Rain is a 5 month old female Pit mix who is as sweet, gentle, and adorable as they come. This little girl has the perfect balance of calm cuddles and playful puppy energy … one moment she's snuggled up by your side, and the next she is joyfully bouncing around, ready for fun. Rain absolutely loves to play, and like many puppies, she may gently nibble during exciting moments as she learns and grows. She adores people and lights up with happiness whenever she meets a new friend. She also enjoys walks, loves to run, and is very comfortable around children. Rain recently spent a weekend with a volunteer family, who described her as "a delicate, loyal, and loving soul." They shared that she rarely barks, only a little bit when she gets excited during playtime, and was wonderfully quiet and well-behaved at night. Even more impressive, Rain has already learned to do most of her potty needs outside. This precious girl is truly something special. With love, guidance, and a place to call her own, she will blossom into the most devoted companion - and she will give that love back a thousand times over. All Rain needs now is someone to go meet her, fall in love, and welcome her home.
The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.Carroll County Animal Shelter is located at 251 Automation Drive in Carrollton GA. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
