Sawyer is an 8 month male Heeler mix with a stunning spotted coat and a smile that could melt anyone's heart. But there is so much more to this handsome pup than good looks - he is super sweet, affectionate, and a little bit silly in the most charming way. Though he can be shy when meeting new people, it's the kind of shyness that tugs at your heartstrings, as Sawyer clearly wants to connect but just needs a moment to feel safe. Once he warms up, his gentle and loving nature shines through. Sawyer has quickly learned leash training, and he will follow your lead, letting you set the pace. He especially enjoys getting to run and play in the park area, while also exploring scents with curious delight. Sawyer also seems dog-friendly, politely greeting other pups and running along the fenceline with them.
