Millie is a one year old female Lab mix, and is all ready to be your loyal best friend! With her fun joyful spirit, she would be up for any adventure you have in mind, whether that's simply a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood or a long hike through the woods. Her joy is contagious as she walks along beside you, with her tail wagging in anticipation of whatever comes next - it's impossible not to smile too. She also seems friendly with other dogs, where she politely greets them through the fence. Whether she is chasing toys or exploring scents in the park, Millie is always living in the moment and loves to share that happiness with her people. After a good run and playtime, she is more than happy to wind down with you to enjoy quiet time together. The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.

The hours of operation are: Monday through Wednesday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Thursday 12:30 pm till 6:00 pm; Friday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm; Saturday 9:00 am till 4:00 pm. The Carroll County Animal Shelter will be closed the last Friday of every month for deep cleaning, staff training, and animal enrichment.
